DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damage or issue.
Include your order name and number for faster assistance.
We will gladly replace the item at no cost if the issue is verified.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchasing.
After this time, production begins and cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for:
Orders canceled within the approved timeframe
Verified damaged or incorrect items when a replacement is not available
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
